Offer Eligibility
The Primal Bonus free subscription offer is available to selected Primal users during the promotional period. Eligibility may vary. Primal reserves the right to limit or withdraw the offer at any time.
Premium Free Period
Primal Premium is available free of charge for 3 months from the date of activation. During this period, the subscription cost is $0.
Pro Free Period
Primal Pro is available free of charge for 1 month from the date of activation. During this period, the subscription cost is $0.
Verification
Card or wallet verification may be required to activate the offer. Verification is used to help prevent abuse of the free offer. You will not be charged during the free period.
No Charge Today
There is no charge at the time of activation. Today's charge is $0 for both Premium and Pro.
Renewal
- Premium renews at $7/mo after the 3-month free period unless canceled before renewal.
- Pro renews at $69.99/mo after the 1-month free period unless canceled before renewal.
This is not a permanent free subscription. Renewal charges apply after the free period unless the user cancels.
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time before the free period ends to avoid renewal charges. Cancellation can be done in the Primal app settings. If you cancel during the free period, you retain access until the end of the free period.
Abuse Prevention
Primal reserves the right to revoke or restrict access to the free offer if abuse, fraud, or violation of the terms is detected.
Changes to the Offer
Primal may modify, suspend, or discontinue the offer at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect free periods already activated.
